When you trying to change your behaviour, first try to clean your environment... I mean your home stay / Place. You can't change your behaviour if you still have a problem with your 'unorganized' place. Keep your place clean. Keep you cloth in your cupboard. Clean the dust in your room. Trim all the mess in your room.
After you have done it, you can go to your main purpose, to change your behaviour. Actually, when you start to clean your room, you are already starting your behaviour changing process.
