Your Mind Determine Your Health

From my experience I've learned that our mind is much more having the role as the agent who determine our health condition than our physical body limitation such as disease or weakness. Just a having a problem that bother your mind will making your body become weak and limp. Have you encounter a really big problem and feel your body become numb, weak, and limp when you've trying so hard to solve it but you failed and found yourself in the dead end? Or have you ever think so hard on a subject you want to know but you've still failed miserably even to grasp a tiny of it and surrender to try again and then you feel an ache in a part or some part of your body?. Our mind is like a center for command control of our whole body. When the center is broken the whole part that is controlled from it become broken too.

If you want to have a good health, you must feed your mind with a good mental food. Here some mental food for your mind:

Have a Positive Thinking
Positive thinking is like a good and healty food for your body. When you give a good food for your body, it will grow in good way and go in good condition. Never let a negative thinking having a room in your head. having a negative thinking in your brain is like having a rotten food in your refrigerator, it will give a bad odor to other food. Negative thinking will pollute all of your mind.

Give Exercise for Your Mind
Do something that can challenge your main. Learn something new. Do something beyond your ordinary life. Your mind is just like your body, it need some mentally exercise to keep healhty.

Be Social
We are Homo Socialis, we live in the group of human that influences each other. When we connected with other, we stimulate our mind and grow mentally. Find friend who will give you positive influence to enhance and strengthen your mind.
